That's a great sign, make him really feel like he's earned it. I much prefer the Gibbs way.

I agree. This is vintage Gibbs with rookies. He will be installed as the starter soon enough to have time to develop cohesion with the rest of the D. It sure looks like once he DOES get moved into the starting role, he will be impossible to ever move out!!

As far as TH, I really think Gibbs will wait until the after the 4th preseason game to make his final decision. I don't think the rustiness on the two frontrunners has dropped them yet, but I believe TH has played and practiced himself from a certain #3 slot into possible contention for a #1 or #2 position. (He still has a way to go to prove himself, but now will get that opportunity.) Regardless, I expect all 4 QB's to stay with the team, with Hamden on the PS.

where can a person find more pics, footage, sound bites, etc. from practice..... before wednesday anyways. Redskins.com just doesn't quite get enough out to the public I don't think.
