Hhhmmmmm...but it's Joe Gibbs fault for hiring Al Saunders...and it's not Daniel Snyder's fault because he just signs the checks...but then again Daniel Snyder hired Joe Gibbs... you make absolutely no sense whatsoever. Yet you don't say a word about Gregg Williams...so the defense must not be to blame at all......

Try posting when you haven't been drinking. Clear your mind. Take a step back and look at the whole picture.

Dear Jackass,

Joe Gibbs wanted to bring in Al Saunders, not Dan Snyder. Joe Gibbs has total control of this team. It was Gibbs decision to bring in Brunell, trade a draft pick for Brunell, and to stand by Brunell. It was Gibbs decision to wait till now to bring in JC. It was Gibbs decision to give Williams the go ahead to get whomever he wanted aka Archuletta. It was Gibbs decision to do EVERYTHING because Dan has given him total control! JOE GIBBS is to blame for the state of the Redskins people!!!

All of this let's blame Al Saunders one week, Gregg Williams the next is absurd. This is Joe Gibbs' team, and like I said earlier I'm really starting to wonder if this team believes in the coaching staff anymore.

Hey, why don't you try to use some maturity when you post son. Nobody appreciates your attitude here and I certainly don't. It's obvious if you knew more about football you'd be coaching in the NFL instead of sitting in your little computer chair behind your little bitty computer throwing insults out at others.

Grow up!

Listen, "Son". Ive defended my position. As far as throwing insults, he took the tone with me, that's not even debatable. Ive defended the theme of this thread and I will continue to do so. Joe Gibbs has done a horrible job in Washington. Im not saying I know more than he does about football. If you take that philosophy then no one who has less than 3 Super Bowl victories could criticize the man. That's not life "son". Life is about taking responsibility for your decisions. All of the personnel, clock management, and play calling have ultimately been the decision of Joe Gibbs because he is the head coach. Again, defend the man on his modern day performance.

Yes, son, you certainly have defended your position...senseless name calling and all. Most of us feel it's a very weak defense, but whatever floats your boat.

The rest of us clear thinkers will discuss this and look at this from the big picture in a clear, mature manner. Hopefully without terms like "jackass" being thrown in people's faces...because after all there are still people here who try their best to post with netiquette.

Joe Gibbs' offense ressurected Mark Brunell's career and HE took our offense from one of the leagues' worst in 2004 to above average in 2005. If you chart improvement, we only have gotten better on offense since he came back.

We are struggling in no small part because he GAVE UP some of his executive coaching powers. This would not be the season to blame Gibbs because he has less control than he did last season.

I will say this: since he isn't calling the offense, he really isn't much more than an overseeing figurehead at this point.

And his interviening may be the best possible solution.

Quite honestly, that's the best defense someone could give the man. Im not buying it, but its his best defense and I applaud you for that!
