You saw how Coach Gibbs turned things around after the 6-10 season of 2004, and then came back 10-6 last season with a playoff victory to boot, I have every bit of faith that he'll evaluate this season and make the necessary changes. Joe Gibbs is a proven winner in every thing he does and he'll make the right moves to win. Have patience, it will pay off.

He is a proven winner but that was in a different NFL when he had a GM and was not making personel moves. He was out of it for 11 years and walks off the Nascar circuit and becomes HC & President? The new Gibbs really concerns me. But I'm patient.
