It is supposedly very expensive to broadcast the games in HD with all the equipment and shit like that so CBS invested in state of the art HD equipment and cover only a few games in HD whereas Fox basically invested in lower level equipment and they cover all the games. I agree with you though that it sucks that CBS only broadcast only a few games a week in HD, but I was really happy to hear that they are doing the Super Bowl this year.

So CBS is cheaping out basically.

With all the revenue the NFL generates and all the money the networks spend on these NFL deals, I don't want to hear about HD being too expensive.
