See, I voted and it did register, but still showed up as zero percent. There has to be more to it than that. I don't believe that however many thousands of people voted for Sean Peyton, there isn't one single person in the whole country who voted for Gibbs.

Why should they vote for Gibbs? He's done little with much in three years.

We'll see what '07 brings.

I think that Gibbs biggest problem is that he is working with too many changes during the off seasons. While some are necessary changes and others are free agent induced I think that a little continuity will help.

Each and every year we are getting off to slow starts and improving at the end of the season when it is too late.

Every head coach has to manage change in the NFL. It's not an excuse, it's reality. Look at Sean Payton, I'm sure he had nearly an entire new staff and he's done quite well in his first year. Hell, Bellichek(sp) lost his offensive and defensive coordinator at once and bounced back. Brian Billick gave his offensive coordinator the boot mid stream and still rolled with the punches.

I just hope Gibbs can trim some fat and get things turned around next year.

I can't help but agree with you there, sometimes it works and others it does not. It just have not been working for us.
