And in the end you need your best players to be leaders on and off the field. The Captains on this team are or should be: Jansen, Springs, M. Washington, Sellers, Samuels and soon Jason C.

Ok, I'll agree that maybe Portis would not make the best captain, but it's really hard to tell unless he's given the opportuntiy and then fails at it. However, we definitely need to have captains, they should let the team vote on it. I think Rock would make a good captain too.
