John Hall won't be brought back

John Hall was in the NFL about three seasons more than he should have been. He was drafted because he had a big leg in college. Where the hell did that go? Leave it to us to bring in a guy who stops using the juice after he gets the fat contract.

With all thats been said about Hall he was a dependable kicker when healthy. Not sure what all the injuries where about but last year the team thought they found the problem so thats why he got another chance (which as we all know did not work out). I don't think we can blame Hall for issues that for what I'm concern he had no control. I don't think he injured himself on purpose it was just one of those things that happens. I also do not believe that a kicker has to kick off past the 10 or 5 yard line everytime if they get the hang time allowing the players to get down field. I think thats what we have done is to ask our kicker to hang the ball up in the air instead of trying to nail lower longer kicks which can be an advantage to the receiving team. When we have been kicking off it seems that we have player down field to keep the returner from getting that first step.

The guy kicked the ball over the end zone on every kick in college. Now he can't get it to the ten yard line? He was on juice and quite honestly every player that pulls an Archuletta on us is officially under the microscope in my book. if you run a 4.4 and then you run a 4.7 I say you was on the juice then and now you got your money you not.
