I blame all of this on the owner. Spanos is soft. He should have sat both of them down and laid down the guidelines. You do this and you do that. This is your job and you don't interfere here and you don't interfere there. If you get out of line your fired. Simple as that. You just came off a 14-2 record with loads of talent.
