Washington needs to resign Dock for no other reason than to show the locker room that they are willing to take care of their own. You hear Coach Gibbs talk about core redskins then you watch them throw loads of money at some big name free agent while forgetting about the core redskins, you can't underestimate what this does to a locker room. I hope that they have learned their lesson because if they haven't we could be in for another long long season.
