And apparently Nate Clements is looking for a contract with between $20-25 million guaranteed. We just can't go out and spend like that again. We need depth at too many positions to blow our wad on one guy.

Smoot and Bly? It's got to be better than Wright and Rumph ... I guess. Still, is that the equivalent of duck taping the Titanic?

$20-25 million for Clements is absurd if true. Wouldn't that be more than Champ Bailey type money?
