Larry Moore is now as good as gone. Fiore and Friedman are the backup guards/centers. I could be wrong, but I don't think the O-line shifts for a southpaw QB. Anyobdy have info on Raymer's health status and number of games as a starter in San Diego? EDIT: Nevermind, I did research on my own through my Sporting News Pro Football Preview for the 2003 season. It mentions Raymer as a backup to Jason Ball who is the starting center for the Chargers. Raymer reportedly was coming off a torn Achilles tendon injury as of August '03. Raymer, (listed at 6'3"/300) is an 8 year veteran from Wisconsin. Let's hope Raymer is returning to form. Otherwise, he could be vying for a backup role. I thought Brandon Winey did a pretty good job when he filled in for Samuels at the end of last year. Is he still part of the Redskins' plans?

Word is they're gonna release Moore and have Raymre and Friedman battle it out for starting position. Raymer came in for 8 games last season after Ball suffered an ankle injury and was named Co-Lineman of the year for the chargers. Thats not saying much though =X
