Nothing at all. The players are all ranked and that list will be used to pick your players. It will take in account what positions you need too, so you won't end up with 9 outfielders and no infielders.

You can modify the list if you want, but it has always worked out fine for me. You can log on and swap players after the draft anyways.

So, you just need to sit back and let the servers work for you.
