On the flipside, trade down with Carolina (who are reportedly trying to trade Jenkins again) and pick up Carriker. True, he's not the pass rusher Adams or Moss is but playing LDE he'd tie up two guys and let Washington make a million tackles against the run. Teams would have to run at Carter instead and would find Taylor and McIntosh lurking behind him.

It'd be hard to pass on Scott if he could be had cheaply, but the majority of the DL allocation for cap dollars needs to go to draft picks.

I know Blache has ties to him, hell, he's the one who drafted him, but I don't think that alone is a sufficent reason to bring him in here.
