Re: One Of Michael Vicks Home Raided By Police

Seriously, Is this really news? I mean don't get me wrong I am against cruelty to animals and all but do we really have to blow this out of proportion. Vick isn't a model citizen but he can't be crucified for something like dog-fighting in one of his many houses (something that can easily be concealed and isn't exactly a hot button issue). If it was drugs or something of that severity it would be one thing but from a legal standpoint i am pretty sure nothing is going to touch him. From a moral standpoint with regards to Vick, i think this is a non-factor. Sure u can criticize him for the giving the finger or the mysterious bottle, but why should he blamed for the character flaws of his family members. They always say u can pick ur friends but u can't pick ur family. I think there are many more important issues with regards to football. How about the fact that one of the guys we are looking to draft admittedly smoked weed? Should we not draft him now b/c he has "character issues"? I think thats complete BS.
