I would honestly be surprised if we suddenly threw some big $ at somebody though. There are still a couple possibilities, but there's nobody that is real big time.

One guy I've been wondering about is Jevon Kearse. I recall someone mentioning him a few months ago as a potential june 1 cut. He has a history w/GW at Tenn. At this point in his career he's probably best as a situational pass rusher, which is what we need most, assuming he can get most of his burst back.
Don't get me wrong, I love Kearse. He's a Gator and a great guy, but he's over 30 now and so darn injury prone....

yeah, he's injury prone that's why he'd have to be a situational pass rusher (if he can still do that). wouldn't want to play him a lot of snaps.

Is he over 30 already? He was drafted in 2000 or so right?

dude will be 31 at season's start!
he might be able to contribute, have a couple more good years.

I'd rather see Hickman make the team, but I wouldn't be opposed to having Kearse in camp for vet min.

I wouldn't hold your breath on that one. Even injury prone pass rushers don't often sign for the vet min.

And maybe the Skins can pick up Dwight Freeny, he is unhappy in Indy and skipping voluntary workouts. Hell, if we give up next year's 6th round pick they would probably throw in Manning, Harrison, and Wayne. WELCOME TO FANDOM! (Hopefully it isn't necessary, but obviously this is sarcasm)
