This is the first year the Pats have spent significant amount of money (Snyder Dollars) on FA. Snyder does it every year except this year and last year. You can credit Gibbs for reeling Snyder in.
Plus most of Snyder's past big signing have NOT worked out as expected. So Snyder looks bad in the national media.

Don't blame the media or the vast right wing anti-Snyder conspiracy (i sound like Hillary C.). Snyder did it to himself. Be a man and accept the blame. Nobody forced us to go out and outspend every other team in FA. We tried short cuts and it blew up in our face. That is all. The press is correct in saying what they say because it is factually correct.
