Probowl or not, Taylor regressed last season. They base their rankings, ostensibly at least, off watching videotape of the season. There is no way he baloons to a 96. Maybe Fletcher will hit 90 but he's not increasing in points at his age. And where are you getting this do over stuff? When did they start doing that?

enough with taylor regressed last year he didnt and he will be at least a 95 or 96

he was 95 on 2007 he wont drop 5 points for no good reason

and they keep giving Edge James a 96 rating although he doesnt deserve it.
