Re: D. Blaylock
well it is official. I just heard on Sirius NFL, Blaylock is signed. First thing I thought of is "Who is getting traded???"

Re: D. Blaylock
I wouldn't say anyone is getting traded, but if you check out the cuts, that's already happening with the quickness.

Re: D. Blaylock
Why would we trade anyone?
We carried 4 RBs last year and will probably again this year. |

Re: D. Blaylock
It's not uncommon for guys to wear duplicate numbers this time of year, there's simply not enough to go around.

Re: D. Blaylock
Why aren't there enough numbers?!!! We need to fire our equipment manager now! Every good team has a great equipment manager..blah blah blah

Re: D. Blaylock
Hexadecimal numbering system would definitely be the way to go to avoid this catastrophic debacle.

Re: D. Blaylock
Aside from the point that Blaylock is Saunders' boy, he is also a good backup. Moreover he definitely dedicated a spot for another RB last year in TJ Duckett so why can't we retain a spot for blaylock (esp given the fact that portis isn't going to be immediately healthy). It's not like we are exactly strapped for spots given that we aren't exactly dedicating a lot more spots to the D-line. I would like to see us get a D-end and possibly a Big target WR if possible but since it doesn't look like we are going for that Blaylock has a spot on this team IMO, if he can play up to it.
