Yeah, back in 95 I lived in West Virginia and it was 1.53 at Sheetz for Camels and Marlboros. I remember saying I'd quit when they hit 3 dollars, then 4, then 5, and there I was still smoking.

But for me the toughest thing about quitting was no longer being part of the smoking group at work. I was suddenly ostracized, and no longer invited to the cool parties. I felt as if I'd gotten a swastika tattooed on my forehead.
