Great Episode to close a great season. I found last weeks episode as a whole to be better than this weeks (I thought last weeks was one of the best ever)...but Jim is still the man, and I loved Ryan at the end. I dont want to spoil for anyone who didnt see....but easily the best show of its kind on TV at this point.

That has to be the coolest ending for a season finale ever (BJ Novak is a freakin' genius- he writes some of the episodes too). The fact that Michael, Jim and Karen all got passed over sets up next season perfectly.

Coincidentally, I had BBC on last night and I hear a familiar voice on this weird brit soap... Karen (Rashida Jones) is a lead on some show called "Ny-Lon"... very weird indeed.

Especially because Jan is no longer Michael's boss, now Ryan will be taking Jan's position, making Ryan the boss of Michael!

That will be hilarious, especially considering Michael was asking Ryan to get him coffee just last night.
