Personally, I think this year is make or break for Gregg Williams. If he fields, let's say, a top 15 defense this year, people will chalk up last year as an anomaly.

If he fields a top 10 defense, I think he's back in the hunt for not only the Skins head job, but I would think he would be a leading candidate with other teams filling vacancies as well.

Grimm goes nowhere for at least two or three years.

Why do you say that? He wants to be a head coach. He expected to get the Pittsburgh job. If the Redskins wanted him, next year or whenever, they would get him.
