Disagree. We all know who the Headcoach is, and so do GW & AS, and the rest of the staff. There is no split there, most ALL teams have a D- coach. & O-coach, last time I checked.

I'm quite sure every coach and staff member knows who the real boss is besides DANNY BOY....JOE
