Indicted by the feds is damn close to guilty. 95% of federal indicted cases result in a guilty result. This isn't some slackjawed DA (Poindexter?) this is the federal government. Is he guilty YET? No. Has Adam Jones been convicted of anything yet? No.

The Feds don't f'around. They hardly take on a case they can't get a conviction on which leads me to believe Vick is a cooked goose. Does that mean the NFL should give him the boot before the Feds do?
