Now, I believe that through careful research and consideration, you can slot rookies on this list somewhat accurately. But I don't think Russell could make this list ever, and I don't really think any QB should be in the top 300 as a rookie. At the very least, if you are ignorant to the projection system, at least play the wait and see game.
