since you don't trust wikipedia for some reason, here are other sites:
NFL inks $11.5 bil pacts with CBS, Fox, DirecTV
No ‘NFL Sunday Ticket’ for Cable - 11/9/2004 11:40:00 AM - Multichannel News

All sites report the 2010 signing.

"For some reason". :cheeky-sm

How about because they can (and do) write anything they want to in their entries. They're wrong often, especially on history-related stuff. They also have a certain political bias that affects their data. That's been thoroughly documented. Sometimes it resembles the National Enquirer more than the Britannica.

I never trust Wiki and try to find backup sources before I believe anything from their site.

I knew about the Sunday Ticket contracts already though...just agreeing with Daseal and Cowell about Wiki.
