What was questionable about an allowed timeout which he took and gave his team the victory. He was under the rules which the NFL has established for all teams so he did what he was hired to do.

It's questionable because everyone is questioning the legitimacy of the rule, due to that one play and it could very well lead to a rule change.

So HGH is ok because it doesnt get tested for......and dogfighting is ok cause it's a cultural thing. It's called morals and fair play...which the redskins always play by.

Both HGH (I Think) and dog fighting are illegal so they are not very good examples. So the Skins have never called a timeout to ice a kicker?
