Re: Redskins vs. Lions predictions
skins 34
lions 20 skins finally do some good things on offense. and the defense continues to get turnovers. i say we win easily, even without Portis and Moss

Re: Redskins vs. Lions predictions
Lions 33
Redskins 24 Skins defense will force four FGs, but will also get burned for three long TDs. Most our points are garbage points in the second half. Sorry... |

Skins 17, Lions 21, but we will fight our guts out and be all in it together.

Skins come out and lay the wood from start to finish
20- 3 Skins win. The score being much closer than how the game actually went |

We aren't going to win this one. Especially if we don't have Portis or Moss.

Re: Redskins vs. Lions predictions
No, that's what Gibbs wants you to take away from our multitude of losses in his second stint. Hope the win predictions come true, though. I have lost faith.

Re: Redskins vs. Lions predictions
This pisses me off. We are going up against a team that leads the league in sacks allowed, is ranked 32nd against the pass and yards allowed and I'm posting on the Warpath where supposed Skins fans are predicting a loss!! Come on Guys! We are going to open it up this Sunday!
Let me understand....are a few of you predicting the Lions to win, so that when we all log back in after the game....you can say "I told you so" ?? My point is... I dont belive that I will EVER post a prediction of the Skins losing. Just can't, just won't. Cause I believe in them. And I have nothing to gain by predicting a loss. Let the flaming begin.....:o)

Re: Redskins vs. Lions predictions
This is not a good match-up for us. I expect Det. to put up 24-31 points. Can we match them? Probably not.

Re: Redskins vs. Lions predictions
It has nothing to do with one loss, and doubting already.
You could say, only one loss and some people are way to overconfident in this team too. The thread is about predictions, and that is my prediction. I'm not oblivious to the fact that we can lose this game. We're notorious the past few years for losing games we shouldn't. I hope we don't, but that is my prediction. |

I think it's possible to be a fan, and still predict that your team is going to lose. Doesn't mean I want them to, but based on performance, injuries, hunch, the alignment of the planets, or whatever, I think they might... Thus my prediction. Get over it. |

What makes you think we are going to open it up? What indications has the coaching staff given you that they are going to open it up? I can bet the gameplan is try and keep the Det offense off the field and control the clock. Which isn't a bad idea if your finishing drives off with TD's. But since we have a tough time doing that it's going to be a problem. |
