^insert death scream
Yes Drowning Pool would be so much better and intimidating for the opposing team. That song sends a message.

And BTW, I saw plenty of people in the stands doing the stupid Superman dance every time they played it.
Thank God I've been spared. Maybe the dance is better then the song. I've never seen it.

The hip-hop music doesen't get on my nerves as much if our team was winning. Whatever gets our players pumped up right? I dont' want to make it a racial issue, but that is what it is.

I'm surprised nobody mentioned or Knew that the players tell them what to play when we are on Defense. I thought you guys knew that. They even wrote about it in the Washingtonpost or on Redskins.com awhile ago.

I don't think it's a racial issue at all and to make into a racial issue would be a very narrow way to look at it.

Why do DJs choose to play hip hop and techno/dance/whatevers popular at clubs? Cause thats what tends to make people wanna get up and move. I mean sure metal can get people pumped, but besides headbanging what else can you do to it? I can imagine all the weird looks people would have on their face if some Trivium came on. I mean there are some good heart pumping rock tracks. Crazy Train is one of my favs.

It's all about popularity and Soulja Boy's "Crank That" is number 1 on the pop billboard charts. Plain and simple.

That video was a classic. lol they did play that song WAY too much. And there were 4 black kids behind me who were dancing to it every single time.

Re: Redskins Stadium music

If everyone's gonna bitch about crowd noise and music, don't go to the games.

Geez it's a football game not some jump-through-hoops dog show. If you don't like whats played, bring your own music/walkman to listen to during downtime or something.

It's like people are trying to find something to bitch about.

Christ, get over it and watch the game. That's what its all about at the end of the day, isn't it? The Skins. Not the awful music.
