I understand his basic point that guys need to step in and do their jobs, but at the same time you can't deny the drop off in talent level when you go from a Randy Thomas to a Jason Fabini, or Casey Rabach to Mike Puccillo. I don't care who you are, that's going to have an effect on what you can do as an offense.

Well I think his point is more along the line, of yes there will be a drop off, but not to the point where we cant even get a first down in a half of football...
