Danny wont fire him (he doesnt have the balls) but they will reach an agreement where Gibbs steps aside.

This is what I think personally will happen. I just see him stepping down, which really sucks cause I feel like we are just a year away. I don't want to start over with a new coach, with new personnel, etc.

I don't think that will happen. "Danny" is a business man and with Gibbs, Business couldn't get better.

If Gibbs is not the coach next year, you can be sure he was fired. Gibbs seems like the person who would honor his word let alone a contract.

Even if Gibbs stays around for 1 more year he's gone the year after that and its start over time again. I really hope the Skin's next head coach is less than 60 years old. Actually I'd like to see him be younger than 40.
