I disagree that Williams hasn't had fan support here. With the exception of last season, Gregg Williams's defenses have been the teams strength since Gibbs returned to coaching. I look forward to his getting a chance to succeed Gibbs. If nothing else, working with Gibbs has given Williams a chance to see firsthand how Gibbs treats his players, which hopefully has rubbed off.

I agree, seems like every week that goes by he gets more and more humble

This week certainly, everyone in Redskins Park has been through a most humbling experience.

Last year the defense lost a lot of players and this year he simplified the defense

agreed but go back into the video archives from the last few years and he is not the same coach. He seems more level headed, more on point, more humble this year. Im sure spending time under Gibbs has a lot to do with it. At this point I hope he is the guy . . . .hell look at bellicheck in his first go round
