The league made the "21" sticker optional for all teams after the first week. Some teams wore them today, some did not.
The Skins will wear the stickers and the patch for the rest of the season.

I hate the Patriots, but they did wear it the week after Sean's death. They are still honoring their teammate and I don't see a problem with it.
