Most of the games you mentioned, there are many 2nd half 3 and outs, as well as late game turnovers, which can burst any sort of momentum. Now, don't get me wrong. The defense has had its fair share of problems, but to put it square on Gregg Williams and "bad adjustments" and "bad calls" is not looking at the full picture. By your reasoning, Al Saunders and Joe Gibbs should both be out as well, since they are failing to make proper adjustments and have made bad calls down the stretch...
