I thought the whole point is if you can throw the ball down the field that stretches out the defense...Keeping Brunell in is no threat to stretch the field so the running game won't work. IMO the only solution is to change the QB. Ramsey is more of a threat to stretch the field, which will in turn help open some holes for Portis to run through
