OK... Here is my experience with fakes... they look good in clothes, but outside of clothes, they always look odd... everytime she bends over, you will see the implant as it forms a ridge on the bottom third of the boob.

On the plus side... if she does get them, make sure you take her in a dark room and hold a flashlight up to them... they will glow like a latern (less mass).

That needs to go in a signature line somewhere.
