I realize I sound really selfish right now. Like I said, I just want to hear it from him. However, right now, I'm upset.

I'm worried about the impact on this team. Frankly, I thought we were on the brink of something great and I wanted him to share in that when we finally did it. So much for my foolish, childlike dreams I guess. I need to come back to reality.
