Bledsoe wasn't a great QB and he was playing behind an awful line. I wouldn't write the book on Grilliams just yet.

How is bringing in a coach who's defensive theory is completely different to the one we've had continuity. Remember - Pittsburg, 3-4 defense; Us, 4-3 defense.

Cowher will probably ditch the current defensive staff (Do you think GW is going to coach for Cowher?) If Williams goes, so go Blache, Gray and Jackson (at a minimum).
