Couple ?'s:
1) What is with the Bittersweet symphony at Qwest? it isn't gonna fire anyone but a kicker up. 2) With all the rain the grass would be beautiful, why turf?

I think mainly because the way they justified spending all that money on a new stadium was to make sure it would be multi-use: professional football, professional soccer, some college games, concerts, etc. They probably figured FieldTurf would be the easiest to maintain. Plus, with the Turf they could also install a very efficient drainage system that would guarantee there would never be puddling on the field during a game, even in the worst downpour. I would still rather take my chances with grass though.
