If they want to wait for Spagnolo (which would have made sense had the Giants lost but now seems to just drag the thing out too long), then wait for him but don't bring in coaching candidates for the OC and DC jobs.

No other team in the league that had a vacancy waited to fill the OC and DC spots before they announced the coach. They announced their head coach, then (logically) allowed him to move forward choosing his staff. I agree that the histrionics on this site and elsewhere during the search were unnecessary. However, the past two days Snyder has bungled the operation and I think criticism of specifically his handling of the Fassel/Ryan/Zorn situation is very justified.

Maybe because they are still going through the process and interviewing candidates??

Without knowing the entire situation, it's comical to sit here and blast Snyder and co.

Is it not amazing how easy it is for those with no skin on the table, to prematurely judge the decisions of those that do.
