If the proposed coaching staff were to come to fruition (which doesn't appear likely), there is only one reason for it.
Jim Zorn has worked in an offense with more power running and play action than Al Saunders. Rex Ryan runs an attacking 3-4. Jim Fassel is a guy whose firing would be celebrated, leaving us with a team perfect for... Bill Cowher.
