For Williams' sake it would have been nice if this had happened sooner so he could have been a candidate for some head coaching jobs (Atlanta, Baltimore).

Blache taking over wouldn't be too surprising, though I think he'd prefer not to stay. Not for any reason other than he's "getting too old for this shit" I think Jerry Gray and Danny Smith are likely to try to follow Williams out the door.

True. Unless he gets the job in Jacksonville, Williams might just have to sit out the '08 season.

Haha...Greg Blache is Danny Glover?? Anyway, I am not saying its true or not. I'm not even a member of ExtremeSkins, I just followed the link and decided to post it.

Vinny was actually on Comcast and said that the reason they went ahead and fired him yesterday was because they wanted to give him a chance to catch on someplace. I hate it when people just say to hell with it and tell a big fat lie. Next time just get in you car and drive home, Vinny.
