I've got mixed feelings about Blache. On the one hand, he knows the system and the players and is well respected. On the other hand, I don't totally understand overhauling the top coaching positions and hiring a guy who is going to be gone in a year or so. If Blache retires they can hire Jerry Grey. Grey has played in the league and has been a D/C.

I imagine that if Williams gets a head coaching gig next year one of the first calls he'll make is to Jerry Gray to lead his defense

he'll probably run jax's D next year, or find a job with the titans of some sort.
