Re: NFL games on DVD

I think making entire seasons available on DVD's would sell. I'm trying to think why you wouldn't at least sell them online or something like that. The Danny needs to drop six flags and get on it.

Sell them for 70-100$ each. Shoot, I'd buy an entire season, with player interviews, commentary, fan input, etc...

I can imagine why the Miami Dolphins 2007 season DVD wouldnt sell, but the Redskins? Especially this particular season; playoffs, Joe Gibbs, Sean Taylor, etc.. It would fly off the shelves. You can't say that it wouldn't be worth the production costs. I really can't see why this hasn't been thought of yet, other than possible clashes with copyright... but I can't imagine what kinds of conflicts could arise.

Shit, maybe even make certain games On Demand from NFL network.

Someone needs to hire me and let me market this.

Yeah...this is the kind of stuff I was thinking as well....it seems to me that there all kinds of marketing possibilities here. I'm just surprised that the NFL isn't doing this.....at least the Super Bowls! You're telling me you don't think you could sell a million copies of that game yesterday to every Giants fan out there???

with vcrs and dvd recorders commonplace now if you were a giant fan you would have been a moron not to record it
