I know it happened more than once because I remember getting pissed at him the second (or third) time it happened, but I just can't remember specifically when it happened.
Basically, he tried to dive forward but just sort of dropped like a stone and I remember being so annoyed that he didn't keep his feet on the ground so he could keep his legs pumping.

I love Sellers but I feel like he doesn't always play within himself, so to speak.
