The painting of the Black Rock is hung in Widmore's office during one of Desmond's flashbacks during Season 2 I believe.

Hurley won 156 million coconuts in the Island Lotto using codes for the video game Commando found in Farraday's journal and Bernard was subsequently eaten by Vincent. Hurely felt responsible, so he went off to live in one of the polar bear cages.
