His knee dislocation at the Bears game aside. He went out for a snap or two earlier in that game and seems to go out a lot when he gets a minor rattling.

I think in the Bears game it was more than just a minor rattling. If I recall correctly he took a good shot to his elbow or arm and didn't have much feeling in it for a few minutes.

Other than that when else has he come out of a game?
