It should be noted that in 2005 and 2007, both years when we made the playoffs...we were pretty much left for dead, which shows how Gibbs could rally a team and keep them together after they were basically left for dead....

In both cases, he carries some of the blame for getting to that point in both seasons, but nevertheless thats what I really admired Gibbs for.
