You can't argue with that kind of production.

But did that production put the Bengals in the playoffs last season? We have more problems than wide receiver, and giving up a first and conditional third takes away from our ability to build depth, and is too much for someone who could end up acting as a divisive force in the locker room.

No injuries and a junk defense kept them out the playoffs not Chad.

Our defense gave up a number of big plays in winnable games (Green Bay, Buffalo, Philadelphia, New York Giants) because of a lack of a pass rush and mistakes in the secondary. Breaking the bank and mortgaging the future on a wide receiver won't fix that.

yeah and of those games you said we had the lead in the majority of them but got complicent and easied up. Rather then push it and seal the deal on offense we had terrible play calling and numerous three and outs which put our tired defense out there...I don't care what defense is out there when you play like that you set yourself up for failure.
