Rebuilding or Reloading

Well it seems the FO doesn't know what we're doing either, so I can see the confusion in whether we are reloading or rebuilding.
It seems we are rebuilding when didn't go after any key FA, nor did we trade away any picks. Then again, we seem to want to be reloading with offering a dumb trade to Cincy for CJ.
If you are asking what I would prefer, then I will say I will prefer to win! If that means rebuilding, then so be it, if that means reloading, then you get my point. (although if I were GM, i'd try to rebuild)
