Re: Rob Jackson profile

i'm a k-state fan and i was checking out over here to see if you guys had any info on jackson. he's a really good player he just got stuck in a tuff spot last season so his stats are pretty weak. for some reason we decided to switch to a 3-4 defense last season and it screwed up our two best players (Ian Campbell and Rob Jackson) neither one of these guys are 3-4 DEs or 3-4 OLBs and it completley screwed them and our team, in 2006 Campbell led the big 12 in sacks and by the middle of the 2006 season i thought that jackson was atleast as good as campbell if not better. last season was a mess for k-state, especially our defense, jackson actually had to play a lot of DT as well because our DTs were just awful so that's another reason jacksons numbers were pretty bad, if jackson is used as a 4-3 DE he will be a very solid nfl player imo.

Thank you, I was wondering why a guy with two sacks was labled a pass rushing threat. I feel a lot better now.
